Our new large health club facility and sauna at The Admiral's Inn was only completed last year. We have a wide range of equipment available for you to use which include: 2 Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, freeweights, chest press machine, lateral machine, mid row, leg press, bicep/tricep machine, fitness balls and exercise mats.

The heath club is available free of charge to all guests at the Admirals Inn.
