We have recently purchased and are completely restoring an oceanfront condo right in the heart of Perkins Cove.  This direct Atlantic Oceanfront beautiful studio is approximately 500 ft2, has a huge 20’X12’ deck about 15 feet from the oceans’ edge.  The property has its own private beach for you to enjoy.

Go to bed hearing the surf breaking just fee away from you deck.  The many windows and sliding glass doors have great views of Marginal Way and Wells.   Walk about 100 feet to Marginal Way or to all of the great restaurants and shops that Perkins Cove has to offer!

Included in the condo is a well-equipped kitchen and a great gas fireplace!  There is also outstanding bedding in a queen sized bed.  Central heat and A/C.  And, here’s the kicker – there is even parking for one car right outside your private condo!

In season, we are renting by the week:

May 22 – June 26        $1250 per week

June 26 – July 3            $1500 per week

July 3 – Sept 11           $1950 per week

Sept 11 – Oct 30         $1250 per week

Oct 30 – Dec 30          $1000 per week

We may offer nightly room rentals, so feel free to inquire!

We do NOT charge a cleaning fee.

Check in is 3p, and check out is 11a.
